PRINCIPLES
‘You are unique, and if that is not fulfilled,
then something has been lost.’
-Martha Graham
1

SUSTAINABLE TRANSFORMATION

The process aims to create transformation that lasts over time, a shift towards what the person is longing for in order to generate new actions and behaviours for individuals, teams and organisations, especially under pressure.
2

EMBODIED LEADERSHIP

The kind of transformation we aim to produce is “embodied” – somatic coaching creates shifts that live at a cellular level, under the skin, so rather than staying at a cognitive level, the attributes, the values, the transformation that the individual and group is longing for and the leadership presence that is generated, become more than an idea, they become embodied.
3

LEARNING THROUGH THE BODY

In order for the transformation to be embodied the process needs to be experiential, so while there will be always an introduction of the themes at a conceptual level, the process is then lived and experienced through the body.
4

EXPERIMENTAL APPROACH

We stay away from conventional training and techniques and offer highly experimental processing. This means that the processing implies a high degree of creativity and innovation – so for example there can be use of art, movement, storytelling and imagination.
5

EMBRACING NATURE

The workshop offers a strong connection with nature. In order to work with what is in us and what is in others we partner with nature as a way to support our intuition and give us non conventional tools to assist us in the discovery process.
